Define measurement plans (KPIs) and partner on pilot feature success criteria Sprint on Sprint.
Senior‑level BA/PO experience in Fintech Product development and data‑intensive products.
Expert in story writing and requirements structure; comfortable with deep configuration concepts.
Hands‑on with backlog tools (ADO/Jira), API/contract thinking, and SQL fundamentals (MySQL).
Strong stakeholder facilitation, crisp documentation and scope control.
Prior work on historical data migration/scale issues.
Skill Set: Senior Front‑End Engineer (Angular)

Build and optimize Angular front‑end features for a microservices platform; collaborate closely with BA/PO, Back End, and QA to enable full front‑to‑back delivery.
Angular (modern versions 2.x), TypeScript, RxJS/NgRx. Consuming Java microservices deployed on Kubernetes.
Implement complex UI flows aligned to deep configuration layers; handle dynamic forms, metadata‑driven rendering, and state management.
Design modular components, enforce performance budgets, accessibility, and unit/e2e tests.
Partner with Back End on API contracts, surface data errors gracefully.
Senior‑level Angular experience on data‑heavy enterprise apps.
Strong TypeScript, RxJS, state management (NgRx or equivalent), testing (Jasmine/Karma/Cypress).
API integration best‑practices, performance and accessibility proficiency.
Experience with feature flags/config stores; CI/CD familiarity on Kubernetes‑backed services.
Skill Set: Senior Back‑End Engineer (Java, Microservices, Kubernetes)
Design, implement, and run Java microservices on Kubernetes for a platform with tight database coupling and complex configuration logic.
Java (Spring Boot), REST/gRPC, Kubernetes, MySQL (primary), MongoDB (configuration store).
Build resilient microservices with clean contracts, observability, and fault tolerance.
Model data for MySQL; manage configuration through MongoDB; optimize queries and migration paths considering historical database growth.
Implement CI/CD, security controls, and performance baselines; partner with FE/QA for end‑to‑end delivery.
Senior‑level Java microservices experience; hands‑on Kubernetes, Junit 5 (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
Deep SQL expertise (schema design, indexing, performance); familiarity with MongoDB patterns for configuration.
Production support mindset (monitoring, tracing, incident response).

Author robust automated tests for APIs, data integrity, and UI workflows. Establish test data strategies aligned to deep configuration layers.
Integrate with CI pipelines. Report defects with clear reproduction paths. Drive quality gates for the Pilot Feature and beyond.
Senior‑level Python test automation; experience with enterprise frameworks (custom or open‑source).
Strong in service‑level testing, database validation, and flaky test mitigation.
Collaborates across BA/FE/BE for front‑to‑back delivery.
Contract testing, and data migration validation.
